Target Finds: Under $30

Who doesn't love Target? I often call it my "happy place." It is where I can grab my Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce latte and head off to browse aisle after aisle of beauty, fashion and home decor. Target is trendy and affordable, a match made in heaven. Their slogan "Expect more. Pay less." is right on the money. It is a store that is constantly partnering with high end designers to  bring us cutting edge design on a budget. Here are 6 summer finds under $30 that can currently be found at Target.
